By creating an account or using Zelos (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the End User Licence Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour of any kind. This includes, without limitation:
Enforcement: We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts without notice to protect users and comply with law and platform policies. We may report violations to law enforcement where appropriate.
Report issues: Use the in-app reporting tools or email support@zelos.club. We review reports and act swiftly.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zelos. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Zelos Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works; (b) access the Service using automated means except as expressly permitted; (c) circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls; (d) use the Service to build a competing product.
You retain rights in content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting, you grant Zelos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display and distribute your User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service, including moderation and backups.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and that it does not violate law, these Terms, or third-party rights (including privacy and intellectual property).
We may review content and conduct, and take actions including content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination. We may preserve information and cooperate with authorities as required by law.
If you believe we removed your content or access in error, you may appeal via support@zelos.club.
Calisthenics and related physical activities carry inherent risks. Participate responsibly and within your limits. The Service is provided for information and community purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional as needed. You use the Service at your own risk.
If we offer paid features or subscriptions, prices will be shown in-app and may vary by region and platform. Any App Store or Google Play purchases are billed and managed by those platforms under their terms. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your platform account settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information, and your rights under applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR/GDPR).
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by other reasonable means, and may require you to accept the updated Terms to continue using the Service. The version and effective date above indicate the latest Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms, risk to users or the Service, or where required by law or platform policies. Upon termination, the licence granted to you ends immediately.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelos and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) £50 or (b) the amounts you paid to Zelos in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
